Terms and Conditions – Guate Adventures
Welcome to Guate Adventures. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
- Booking and Reservations
Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.
Accuracy: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all information provided (flight numbers, dates, pickup locations) is accurate. Guate Adventures is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
- Payments and Cancellations
Payments: Payments are accepted via Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
Cancellations by Client: * Cancellations made 8 days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Refund fees for a transfert or Credit Card will be paid by the client.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the service are non-refundable.
Cancellations by Guate Adventures: We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, road closures, safety concerns). In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
- Transportation Services
Flight Delays: We track your flight based on the number provided. While we make every effort to accommodate delays, excessive delays may require rescheduling or a supplemental fee if it affects subsequent bookings.
Liability: Guate Adventures acts only as an agent for the transportation provider. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or delay resulting from the actions of third-party operators or events beyond our control.
Passenger Conduct: Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety threat to the driver or other passengers.
- Travel Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) required for travel within Guatemala. - Limitation of Liability
Guate Adventures assumes no responsibility for personal belongings left in vehicles. We strongly advise clients to carry travel insurance to cover unforeseen travel disruptions, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. - Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of organizing your services and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties. - Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Guatemala. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guatemala.
